Ice making principle: Sprinkle the water uniformly over plates of evaporator, and let the water on the plates be frozen through the entering refrigerant medium. When the thickness of ice meets customers requires, it will stop supplying of water. Introduce the self-generated accumulation heat into the plates and cause the ice on the plates to fall freely.

It comes in irregular shapes, and its texture is dry, hard and transparent. Plate ice machine has a daily output from 1 tons to 200tons. The thickness of the ice: 6mm to 20mm.

It can be extensively applied into supermarkets, production processing, pelagic fishery, vegetable /fruit processing and fresh keeping, meat processing, concrete cooling, chemical industry and so on.

This product is controlled by micro computer to supervise its running status and how the machine runs, very easy to install and operate with the text display. This kind of machine has a great advantage in energy saving.
